I am currently working as a Prof. Dr. of Experimental Solid-State Physics, Engineering Physics, Materials Physics, Thin Films, and Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. I was awarded my Ph.D. in 1996 in solid state physics. My permanent address is the Department of Engineering Mathematics and Physics, Faculty of Engineering at Shoubra-Cairo, Benha University, Egypt.
