Article Publishing Process
Articles written by the author / s are prepared and presented according to the journal writing rules.
Articles submitted to the journal are subjected to a preliminary evaluation by the journal editor (compliance with journal writing rules, scientificness and plagiarism). At this stage, the article may be rejected by the editor, a revision may be requested, or a decision may be made to be subjected to referee evaluation.
Articles that are decided to be evaluated by referees are submitted to at least 2 reviewers evaluation on the subject of the article.
During the article evaluation process, double-blind reviewering process is operated.
Reviewers evaluate articles in areas such as journal writing rules, scientific quality, contribution to national / universal science and practice.
The article is sent to the Editor with a recommendation regarding the rejection, revision or acceptance of the article after the review by the reviewers.
Editor makes a decision in line with the reviewer suggestions to be notified to the author.
The article is sent back to the author along with the reviewer reports.
Authors revise the article in line with the suggestions given by the reviewers and upload all revisions to the system as a reply letter to the reviewers.
After the editor takes the final revised version of the article by the author, it checks and places the article in print order by submitting an acceptance letter.
