The Samsun Journal of Health Sciences is an international and multidisciplinary journal that publishes scientific studies in all areas of Health Sciences. Articles published in the journal are in Turkish or English.

While giving priority to clinical research articles, the journal also publishes review articles, case reports, study protocols, letters to the editor, technical notes, and meeting reports. Scientific and theoretical articles are also accepted for review for publication.

Review articles are generally invited, and priority is given to these invited review articles.

Article Submission
Samsun Health Sciences Journal accepts articles that have not been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Authors must write their articles in accordance with ethical principles and the journal's publication policies. The final versions of multi-authored articles submitted for review must be approved by all authors who submitted the article. Once an article has been accepted for publication in the journal, it should not be submitted for publication in another journal.

Samsun Health Sciences Journal evaluates articles submitted through the Dergipark system by sending them to at least two reviewers for blind review. Articles submitted to the Dergipark system are reviewed and evaluated quickly, and the results are communicated to the authors as soon as possible.Revisions made to articles based on referee recommendations must be uploaded separately to the system as a response file to the referee, containing each revision in a separate table (click here for the response file templateResponse of Rewiver). Authors can follow developments related to their articles via the Dergipark system.

Articles that do not comply with the writing rules will not be considered for scientific evaluation.
