As regards copyright, authors are deemed to have accepted the following terms
All rights of the article belong to the author. In this frame, the author reserves the copyright of the work and leaves the first publication rights of the article to Journal of Universal History Studies (JUHIS).
On behalf of all authors, as the corresponding author of the manuscript, I warrant that;
a) The manuscript submitted is my/our own original work;
b) All authors participated in the work in a substantive way and are prepared to take public responsibility for the work;
c) I was authorised by all authors to to enter into a binding contract with Journal of Universal History Studies (JUHIS) as detailed in this Copyright Form, and I will be responsible in the event of all disputes that have occurred and that may ocur;
d) All authors have seen and approved the manuscript as submitted;
e) e-mail and informations of all authors have been entered into the Journal of Universal History Studies (JUHIS) system correctly;
f) The manuscript has not been published and is not being submitted or considered for publication elsewhere;
g) The text, illustrations, and any other materials included in the manuscript do not infringe upon any existing copyright or other rights of anyone.
As the corresponding author, I also warrant that "Journal of Universal History Studies (JUHIS) and the Journal Editors" will not be held liable for any copyright claims made by third parties or in any lawsuits that may be filed in the future, and that I will be the only person liable in such cases. I also warrant that the article does not contain any defamatory or illegal statements, that I/we have not used any illegal methods or materials in the research, that I/we have obtained all legal permissions for the research, and that I/we have adhered to ethical principles in the research.
