In foreign language education, the use of Web 2.0 tools has attracted great interest in recent years. These tools allow students to improve their language skills, support interactive learning, and participate actively in the global network. Thanks to these tools, they can easily access learning materials, making learning more fun and exciting. The use of Web 2.0 tools allows students to direct their learning processes and become active participants. The research "Attitude Scale Towards Web 2.0 Tools in Foreign Language Education" was developed to measure the attitude towards learning a Web 2.0 supported foreign language. In the study, Exploratory Factor Analysis was performed to measure the scale's validity, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed to test its accuracy. According to the structure of the research, the scale has a structure with 3 factors (interest and desire, belief, and negative attitude). 266 students studying in Foreign Language Education participated in the research. As a result of the analysis, the 3-factor structure of the scale was confirmed. The Cronbach Alpha (α) internal consistency coefficient was calculated for the reliability analysis of the scale whose validity was demonstrated. In line with the data obtained, it was seen that the reliability of the scale was relatively high.
