AN ANALYSIS OF DISCIPLINE PROBLEMS IN HIGH SCHOOL FROM THE VARIABLE OF GRADES

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze discipline problems in high school according to the variable of class. The study is held on the disciplinary records of totally eight high schools formed of five in Diyarbakır city centre and three in the districts. The data is collected out of 1293 disciplinary events in records. These data are analyzed with percentage and frequency techniques of descriptive statistical techniques. In the totally 1293 disciplinary records of the high schools the rate of the 9th grade students is 36,50 %, 10th grade is 27,30 %, and 11th grade is 36,19. In the records, punished disciplinary actions can be analyzed in eleven categories.
