The Relationship Between Corporate Image, Organizational Culture and Organizational Identification

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine, according to perceptions of the teachers working in primary schools, the relationships between organizational culture, corporate image and organizational identification. In this study, the primary schools in İzmir were randomly selected. The findings have shown that perceptions about corporate image, organizational culture and organizational identification in private schools is higher than in public schools. Both in public and private schools, there are positive and high correlation among corporate image. organizational culture and organizational identification. Corporate image perception is predicted organizational identification perception. Organizational culture perception is predicted organizational identification perception.
