Kariyer Uyumu ve İyimserliğini Arttırmada Kariyer Yelkenlisi Modeline Dayalı Psiko-Eğitim Programının Etkililiği

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı Kariyer Yelkenlisi Modeli’ne dayalı olarak hazırlanan psiko-eğitim programının (KYMPP) işe geçiş aşamasında olan üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer uyumu ve iyimserliği üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın deney (n = 9), plasebo (n = 7) ve kontrol grupları (n = 10) toplam 26 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmuş ve ön-test son-test yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna beş haftalık KYMPP uygulanmıştır. Plasebo grubundaki katılımcılarla beş haftalık doğrudan kariyerle ilgili olmayan etkinliklerden oluşan bir program gerçekleştirilmiş, kontrol grubuna ise herhangi bir işlem yapılmamıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar uygulanan KYMPP’nin deney grubundaki iş arama aşamasındaki gençlerin kariyer uyumu ve iyimserlik düzeylerini arttırdığını göstermektedir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular tartışılmış ve çeşitli paydaşlara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
