Abstract

Abstract
Microbial enzymes are important biotechnological
tools. They play role in several biological and chemical reactions and have
acquired a significant place in different fields in various industries. Among
microbial enzymes, lipases and proteases are important members of the group.
Therefore, the selection of microorganisms producing these enzymes and the
determination of their characteristics trigger researchers to work on this
field. In this study, it was aimed to investigate production capacities of
extracellular lipase and protease enzymes by actinobacteria strains isolated
from Black Sea sediment samples and to determine their pH and temperature
stabilities. In lights of the results obtained from the study, it was found that
these organisms are well-producer of lipase and protease enzymes, and their
enzymes have a wide range of pH and temperature stability.
