Born in 1982 in Aydın, GÖKBEL YAVUZOĞLU graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Ceramics and Glass Department in 2005. During her undergraduate education, she worked as an intern at Mehmet Tüzüm Kızılcan Art Studio. The artist, who continued her master's degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Fine Arts, Ceramics and Glass Design Department, specialized in ceramic artifact restoration and conservation and completed one semester of her master's degree at Slovakia-Bratislava Art Academy. Later, she worked with Arzu Ataman Güngör under the roof of Atölye Türkbükü Arts and Crafts for 2 years. Then, the artist, who started her Proficiency in Art education at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Fine Arts, Ceramics and Glass Design Department, worked as an intern researcher at the innovation laboratories of International Mining Company SIBELCO in Italy and Belgium for ceramic and glass body research during the relevant period. Later, she worked as a technical sales specialist in the ceramic and glass industry in the said company for 3 years. The artist, who has participated in many national and international exhibitions, symposiums and workshops, has 4 special awards in the field of ceramics. Some of her artworks are in private collections in countries such as Slovakia, Serbia, Portugal, Latvia, Belarus, Tunisia and Malaysia. She received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Plastic Arts in 2020 and the title of Professor in 2025. She currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at Kastamonu University.
1987 yılında Kastamonu’da doğdu. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini Kastamonu’da tamamladı. 2010 yılında Kastamonu Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretmenliği Bölümünden mezun oldu. Ardından 2014 yılında Karabük Üniversitesinde “Samiha Ayverdi’nin Romanlarında Söz Dizimi Çalışması” teziyle yüksek lisansını; 2021 yılında Kastamonu Üniversitesinde “Hanyalı Hafız İbrahim-Lügat-ı Erbaa (Arapça-Farsça-Yunanca-Türkçe Manzum Sözlük)” teziyle doktorasını tamamladı. 2017’de Kastamonu Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezinde öğretim görevlisi olarak göreve başladı. 2022 yılında Kastamonu Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Eğitimi Bölümüne doktor öğretim üyesi olarak atandı. 2021 yılından beri Kastamonu Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezinde müdür yardımcılığı görevini sürdürmektedir. Yeni Türk Dili alanında ulusal ve uluslararası dergilerde makaleleri, kitapları, kitap bölümleri ve sempozyum bildirileri vardır. Karamanoğlu, evli ve bir çocuk annesidir.

Prof. Dr. Engin KANBUR, Kastamonu Üniversitesi Sivil Havacılık Yüksekokulu Müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır. İşletme alanında lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Yönetim ve Organizasyon alanında doçentlik derecesini almış ve 2024 yılında profesör unvanına atanmıştır. 20 yıl Hava Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı bünyesinde askeri personel olarak çeşitli görevlerde (milli ve yerli projeler, sistem yöneticiliği, eğitim koordinatörlüğü vb.) bulunmuştur. Yönetim ve organizasyon çalışma disiplininde bilimsel çalışmalar yürütmekte olup bu alanda lisans ve yüksek lisans düzeyinde dersler vermekte ve lisansüstü danışmanlıkları bulunmaktadır. Kamu ve özel kurumlarda alanına özgü çeşitli eğitimler vermiş, Avrupa Birliği ve TÜBİTAK tarafından desteklenen projelerde farklı görevlerde yer almıştır. İngilizce bilmekte olup evli ve bir çocuk babasıdır.
İlhan ÖZGÜL is a Professor of music education and Head of the Department of Fine Arts Education at the Faculty of Education of Kastamonu University, Turkey. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Department of Music Teacher at Marmara University (1986), a Master of Music Education from Gazi University (1997) and a PhD in Music Education from the Necmettin Erbakan University (2013). He has worked as a music teacher in many institutions connected to the Turkish Ministry of Education, such as in primary school and at Anatolian Teacher High School. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses with on emphasis music teacher preparation, such as polifonic chorus education, theory and practice of western music, music teaching Programs, music teaching and learning approaches, new approaches in music education, music educataon researches. Dr. Özgül has presented papers at regional, national, and international research conferences and has articles published such as International Journal of Music Education, Journal of Education and Training Studies, Educational Research and Reviews, International Education Studies, Journal of Education and Learning. His researches has focused on teacher education, choral education, music education, motivation curriculum development/analysis. He is sole author two books titled Music Education and Teaching and General Music education. He serves as the editorial board of Kastamonu Education Journal, several international peer-reviewed Journals, He also serves as a reviewer for other Journals, conferences and symposia. In 2015, he served as the Head of the Department during the establishment process of the Fine Arts Education Department and as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education between 2019 and 2023. Since 2015, Music Education Department has been conducting “polyphonic choir training” courses and has organized many “polyphonic choir” concerts in this context.
İ. Hakkı Aksoyak grduated Ankara University. He works Turkish languages in Ottoman language. He published a lot of articles andn books.
1964 yılında Sivas’ın Gürün İlçesinde doğdu. İlköğrenimini Sivas’ın Gürün ilçesinde tamamladı. 1983 yılında Malatya Darende İmam-Hatip Lisesi’nden mezun oldu. 1988 yılında Erzurum Atatürk Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. 1989-1995 yılları arasında İstanbul Küçükçekmece Kanarya Ortaokulu ve İlköğretim Okulunda öğretmenlik yaptı. 1995 yılında Fırat Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Temel İslami Bilimler Bölümü İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi Anabilim Dalına Araştırma Görevlisi olarak atandı. Ankara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde “Mezhepler Tarihi Açısından Ca’fer es-Sâdık” isimli Yüksek Lisans Tezini 1998 yılında bitirdi. 2004 yılında “Şiiliğin Farklılaşma Sürecinde Ca’fer es-Sâdık’ın Yeri” adını taşıyan doktora çalışmasını tamamlayarak Doktor unvanını aldı. Doçentlik çalışması olarak da Muhammed b. el-Hanefiyye ve Anadolu’daki Tezahürleri (Muhammed Hanefi Cenknâmeleri) adlı çalışmayı yaptı. 08.01.2008 tarihinde İlahiyat (İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi) bilim alanında Doçent unvanını aldı. Fırat Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi’nde 2008-2011 yılları arasında Dekan Yardımcısı ve 2010-2011 yılları arasında Dekan Vekili olarak görev yaptı. 2011-2012 yılları arasında Fırat Üniversitesi Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu Müdürü olarak görevini sürdürdü. Muhtelif dergilerde alanıyla ilgili birçok makalesi yayınlanan, İngilizce ve Arapça bilen ATALAN 28 Ağustos 2013 tarihinde Kastamonu Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesine Profesör olarak atandı ve 2017-2021 yılları arasında İlahiyat Fakültesi Dekanı olarak görev yaptı. 2019 yılı itibari ile Rektör Yardımcısı olarak atanan ATALAN, evli ve dört çocuk babasıdır.

Prof. Dr. Vüsale Musalı - 1981 Bakü doğumlu. 1997-2001 yıllarında Bakü Devlet Üniversitesinde Lisans, 2001-2004 yıllarında aynı üniversitede Yüksek Lisans Eğitimi aldı. 2006 senesinde "XV-XVII. Yüzyıl Türk Tezkireciliği" konusunda doktora tezini savundu.
2001 yılında Azerbaycan Milli Bilimler Akademisi Elyazmaları Enstitüsünde araştırma görevlisi olarak işe başladı. 2004-2011 yılları arasında Bakü Devlet Üniversitesinde Yard. Doç. Dr., 2012-2014 yılları arasında Doçent olarak görev yapmıştır.
2009-2014 yılları arasında AMEA Elyazmaları Enstitüsü "Metinlerin Yayına Hazırlanması" bölümünde çalışmıştır. 2014 yılı itibariyle T.C. Kastamonu Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat fakültesi Çağdaş Türk lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları bölümünde öğretim üyesidir.
Klasik Türk Edebiyatı ile Çağdaş Türk Lehçeleri ve Edebiyatları alanlarında iki ayrı doçentlik unvanına sahiptir. 2017 yılında Profesör oldu.
Türk Tezkireciliği, Azerbaycan Edebiyatı, Osmanlı - Azerbaycan Edebi İlişkileri, Oryantalizm konusunda araştırmalar yapmaktadır.

Anar Gafarov was born on July 1, 1979, in Baku, Azerbaijan. He graduated from Secondary School No. 177 in Baku in 1997. Between 1997 and 2002, he pursued double majors at the Faculty of Theology of Baku State University, completing undergraduate and graduate studies in Theology and Arabic Language Teaching with a thesis entitled “Traditional Turkic Religious Beliefs and Their Manifestations in Contemporary Azerbaijan.” He graduated with a diploma of outstanding achievement.
From 2002 to 2004, he completed a master’s degree at the Institute of Social Sciences of Marmara University (Republic of Türkiye), Department of Islamic Philosophy. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çağrıcı, he successfully completed his master’s thesis titled “Rāghib al-Isfahānī’s Conception of Human Nature and Ethics.” Between 2005 and 2009, Gafarov pursued doctoral studies at the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University, Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies. Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bayraktar, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī’s Moral Philosophy,” earning the title of Doctor of Philosophy.
During his undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies, Anar Gafarov actively participated in social responsibility initiatives, knowledge competitions, and civilizational projects, receiving several awards. These include an Honor Certificate (2001) awarded by the Rectorate of Baku State University for success in knowledge competitions; the Successful Article Author Award (2007) in a scientific article competition titled “Heydar Aliyev and the Contemporary Azerbaijani State,” organized by the Azerbaijani Consulate General in Istanbul; and the Teacher of the Year Award (2012) presented by the President of the Directorate of Religious Affairs of Türkiye at the TDV Baku Turkish High School.
In 2009, Gafarov briefly served as a regional advisor and as an expert in foreign relations and press security at the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Between 2010 and 2014, he taught courses in philosophy and the history of education at Azerbaijan Slavic University, Khazar University, and Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, he delivered seminars and lectures at the Faculty of Theology of Midwestern Lombard University in the United States and at relevant departments of other universities on topics such as “True Islam and Muslim Identity” and “The Concept of the Perfect Human Being in Islamic Thought.”
In 2013, Gafarov contributed as a coordinator and reviewer to the special issue (No. 22) of the Journal of Social Sciences of Türkiye, dedicated to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. In 2012, the international symposium titled “Middle Eastern Realities in the Context of Scientific Research: Legal, Political, Socio-Economic, and Psychological Dimensions” was held as part of a project prepared by Anar Gafarov and his team with the support of the Middle East Research Center of Türkiye. Within the scope of projects to which he provided scholarly contributions, international conferences titled “The Genocide of Azerbaijanis in Archival Documents” and “The Armenian Question in Azerbaijani and Turkish Literature” were organized in Baku on March 29–30, 2013, with the support of the Azerbaijan and Turkey Writers’ Unions, during which he engaged in both academic and practical activities.
Furthermore, with the support of the Ministry of Family and Social Policies of Türkiye, Gafarov implemented projects focused on “Our Dreams, Goals, and Values” and organized training seminars for educators working in children’s homes within the framework of social responsibility projects. With the support of the ILKE (Science, Culture, and Education) Research Center, he made scholarly contributions to workshops held in Istanbul in 2015–2016 titled “Islamic Moral Thought Project I: The Source of Morality” and “Islamic Moral Thought Project II: Conscience,” presenting studies entitled “The Source of Moral Propositions in Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī” and “The Concept of Conscience in Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī.” Both studies were published as co-authored books by Nobel Publishing.
Between 2009 and 2010, Gafarov worked as a researcher at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences; from 2010 to 2014, at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology; from 2014 to 2017, as a contracted faculty member at the Faculty of Theology of Bülent Ecevit University (Türkiye); from 2017 to 2021, as an associate researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences; and from 2018 to 2021, as an associate professor at the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology. Since 2021, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Religious Studies at the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology.
Throughout his academic career in domestic and international universities, Anar Gafarov has taught courses in Islamic philosophy, moral philosophy, philosophy of religion, kalām (Islamic theology), contemporary Islamic thought, history of religions, history of Islamic sects, psychology of religion, sociology of religion, history of Islamic civilization, history of education, religious education, and Islamic ethics. His primary research interests include Islamic philosophy, Islamic political thought, moral philosophy, the relationship between politics and ethics, medieval philosophy, and moral psychology.
The author of 16 single- and co-authored books, Gafarov has also served as the scientific editor of nine books and the editor of two books published in Azerbaijan and Türkiye. He has translated ten books from Arabic, Persian, English, and Turkish in the fields of philosophy, moral philosophy, Sufism, and Islamic ethics. He has published 25 articles in national and international academic journals and has contributed with his research to numerous national and international conferences and symposia. In addition, he has carried out 11 projects in Azerbaijan and Türkiye in the areas of social responsibility and modern scientific research methods and serves on the editorial boards of eight national and international academic journals.
Arafat Useini was born on 19 August 1978 in Gostivar, Republic of North Macedonia. After graduating from the "Pance Poposki" high school in Gostivar, North Macedonia in 1997, he continued his education where he graduated from Selcuk University, Faculty of Philology in Konya, in the Republic of Turkey in 2001. He received his Master's degree in Pedagogical (Educational) Sciences, Postgraduate Studies at the Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, in Ankara, Turkey in 2003 and his PhD degree in Philology Sciences from the Ss.Cyril and Methodius University, Blaze Koneski–Faculty of Philology, Skopje, North Macedonia in 2019. He is an Associate Professor and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator at the International Vision University, Gostivar - North Macedonia. He also has work experience as a translator and interpreter. Since 2005, he has been a certified court translator from Macedonian to English and Turkish and vice versa.
