In the postmodern era, international public balances are shaped by the foreign policies of states. Public diplomacy is a prescription for states before and after the crisis. Mavi Marmara crisis between the State of Israel Republic of Turkey is important for this reason.
Turkey's public diplomacy in the aftermath of the Mavi Marmara attack in this study to measure the effects of activities For the purpose of public diplomacy, a questionnaire was applied to 100 people out of 1200 people with similar socioeconomic status and similar social sensitivities. The study was supported by research. The study area was determined as Twitter and the survey was conducted on 100 participants. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the public diplomacy activities of the Turkish foreign affairs after the Mavi Marmara attack were not effective in terms of communication.
