Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Publication Policy
• Only research articles are published in the journal; other types of texts are not accepted.
• During the editorial process or based on reviewer reports, authors may be asked to make certain corrections or revisions to their manuscripts. Articles that are not revised within the specified period may be rejected.
• Articles derived from master’s or doctoral theses may be submitted to the journal. Studies produced from theses that contain original research content, are not mere summaries of the thesis, and offer new contributions by deepening the subject and findings will be considered for evaluation. At the time of submission, it must be clearly stated in the relevant section on the first page of the manuscript that the article is derived from a thesis or an abstract presentation.
• In articles derived from thesis studies, the thesis author (student) must be the first author and the corresponding author of the article.
• Articles derived from papers presented orally at a scientific meeting but not published in the full text proceedings book may be accepted, provided that it is indicated in the relevant section on the first page that the article is based on an abstract presentation.
• Plagiarism and ethical violations are strictly not tolerated within the scope of the publication policy.
Similarity Report and Responsibility: Authors must obtain a similarity report through Turnitin or iThenticate and upload this document to the system at the time of submission. The editorial board of the journal reserves the right to conduct a similarity review of the article when deemed necessary.
General Similarity Rate: The general similarity rate of articles submitted to our journal must not exceed 15%. Similarity detected above this rate will be thoroughly reviewed by the editorial board, and the article may be rejected if necessary.
Similarity from a Single Source: If the content of the text shows more than 3% similarity to a single source, the relevant quotation or expression may be considered plagiarism. Authors must strictly adhere to the proper citation format and correctly indicate direct quotations in the text.
In the case of detected plagiarism, the publication process of the article may be immediately terminated, and the author(s) will be held responsible for the violation.
• For research requiring ethics committee approval, this approval must be obtained, and the approval (committee name, date, and number) must be clearly stated in the relevant section on the first page of the manuscript and also mentioned in the method section. Ethics committee approval must be uploaded to the system as an additional file during article submission.
• When submitting manuscripts to our journal, the Copyright Transfer Form must also be completed and uploaded to the system.
• All responsibility for the studies submitted for publication in our journal lies with the author(s) who prepared the content.
