The am of ths study s to determne the students' levels of self-esteem, assertveness and altrusm (helpfulness) at Health Servces Vocatonal School and to examne the relatonshp between these varables. The research sample conssts of students (n=288) studyng n 2013-2014 academc year at SHMYO, Kls 7 Aralık Unversty. Data were collected through questonnares. The questonnare conssts of questons of soco-demographc characterstcs, Coopersmth Self-Esteem Scale, Rathus Assertveness Inventory and Altrusm Scale.The data were evaluated usng numercal, percentage dstrbutons, mean and correlaton analyss. Accordng to the survey, the total score of the self-esteem of the students were determned 61.11 ± 11.60, assertveness total score of 19.18 ± 24.63 and altrusm total score of 63.92 ± 9.8. A postve sgnfcant relatonshp were determned between the levels of selfesteem, assertveness and altrusm of students. The level of self-esteem, assertveness and altrusm of students weren't determned statstcally sgnfcant dfference accordng to the secton. However, the level of the socal and helpfulness dmensons of altrusm of students were determned statstcally sgnfcant dfference accordng to the secton (p<0,05). Efforts of tranng, course content and course operaton models wll make mportant contrbutons for ncrease to the level of self-esteem, assertveness and altrusm of SHMYO students.
