When required, authors must facilitate access to datasets given in the article.

Reviewers

Reviewers must give unbiased consideration to each manuscript submitted.

Journal editors should make an effort to process submitted manuscripts in a timely manner.

Journal editors should arrange for the responsibility of the peer review of any original research article submitted by a member of the editorial board.
