Public narrations (fairy tale, folk tale, folk poem, legend, epic, ete.) can be evaluated textually after being transformed into written texts. Verbal texts which are formed into written texts are linguistic (textlinguistic, socio-linguistic, psycho-linguistic, semantic-linguistic, grammatical) objects of textual research. Studies can!should be searched in terms of multi-areas and multi-functions such as what the meaning that is conveyed in the text is, how it is formed; what linguistic and grammatical activities and structures are, which functions they provide in the text, and how textual, cultural and aesthetic values andfacts are shown in a whole approach. In this report, it is dwelt on how public narrations that have been formed into written text can be evaluated and explained with the opportunities that linguistics, philology, rhetoric, pragmatics.
