Abstract
Folklore; the traditions, customs, oral culture, literature, beliefs and rituals of a society living together; In short, it is the branch of science that examines every part that makes up society. The literary products created by a society are the elements that make up the structure of that society. Alevi-Bektashi literature is important in terms of getting to know both the belief structure and colorful and rich culture of Anatolia. In this literary branch, there are many cultural elements that reflect the beliefs of the Alevi-Bektashi tradition, the rules of the road, manners and customs, the philosophy of life of the community members, and their sacred values. Many academic studies have been conducted on the subject. Among these studies, the work titled "Breaths in Alevi Cems" written by Nilgün Çıblak Coşkun has an important place in that it introduces Alevi cems and the breaths that have an important function in these cems in every aspect.

Abstract
Halkbilimi; bir arada yaşayan bir toplumun geleneklerini, göreneklerini, sözlü kültürünü, edebiyatını, inançlarını, ritüellerini; kısacası toplumu oluşturan her bir parçayı inceleyen bilim dalıdır. Bir toplumun oluşturduğu edebî ürünler, o toplumun yapısını oluşturan unsurlardır. Alevi-Bektaşi edebiyatı ise hem Anadolu’nun inanç yapısını hem renkli ve zengin kültürünü yakından tanımak adına önem taşır. Bu edebi kolda Alevi-Bektaşi geleneğinin inanç esaslarını, yol kurallarını, adab ve erkânını, topluluk mensuplarının hayata bakış felsefesini, kutsal değerlerini yansıtan pek çok kültür öğesi mevcuttur. Konuyla ilgili olarak birçok akademik çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar içerisinde Alevi cemlerini ve bu cemlerde önemli bir işlevi bulunan nefesleri her yönüyle tanıtması bakımından Nilgün Çıblak Coşkun tarafından kaleme alınan “Alevi Cemlerinde Nefesler” başlıklı eserin önemli bir yeri vardır.
