Abstract

In order to determine the sample of the study, it was determined that 708 individuals should be included in the study when the sample calculation was made with the OpenEpi program with a 50% observation rate, 5% margin of error and 99% power range. The study was completed with 708 people who filled out the questionnaires completely and participated in the training. It was determined that the mean BAS scores of women compared to men and married people compared to singles were higher. It was found that individuals living in the Central District of Gümüşhane had an increase in the average of knowledge points after the training given during the pandemic period, and a decrease in the average of BAS points.
