IMPORTANT NOTES
(Please read the below carefully. All essentials about submission process are explained in detail. And you can fin all required files below the important notes.)
- Only research articles and review articles are published in our journal; translated articles and book reviews fall outside the scope of the journal.
- An author may submit at most one manuscript within a calendar year.
- An author may have at most one article published in a single volume (this rule also applies to multi-authored manuscripts).
- In order for your manuscript to be considered for evaluation, it must be prepared using the Article Template of our journal.
- At the initial submission stage, three separate files are required. The first is the full-text manuscript file. This file must not contain any information that may reveal the identity of the author(s) (such as author names, project funding details, institutional affiliations, or whether the manuscript is derived from a conference paper or thesis). The second file is the Title Page, which must include all relevant information about the author(s) and the manuscript. The third file is the Copyright Transfer Form.
- Please prepare your full-text file for submission by copying and pasting your manuscript into the template file. Do not make any formatting changes (such as font type, line spacing, etc.).
- The template file provided will facilitate the preparation of manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s writing guidelines. Please read the text within the template carefully, as it includes all details regarding manuscript formatting. Manuscripts that do not comply with the writing guidelines will be rejected without initiating the peer-review process.
- It is essential that all information in the Title Page file is provided clearly and completely.
- Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Accordingly, the Copyright Transfer Form must be signed by all authors, scanned, and uploaded to the system during submission.
- The languages of publication are Turkish and English. Abstracts must be provided in both languages. Abstracts should be between 100 and 200 words. Beneath the abstract, 3 to 5 keywords—reflecting the main subject of the manuscript and accepted in the relevant academic field—must be included.
- In addition, an EXTENDED SUMMARY is required. The primary aim of the extended summary, implemented since 2020, is to enable researchers who use a language other than that of the manuscript to benefit from the study. In this way, the international accessibility of articles published in Turkish will increase, and those with limited proficiency in English will also benefit from articles published in English. The extended summary should be between 500 and 1000 words.
- All manuscripts must be submitted to the editor in accordance with the rules specified in the APA 7 Publication Manual (information regarding APA 7 is provided below).
Important Note: For studies requiring Ethics Committee Approval, such approval must be obtained, stated in the manuscript, and documented during submission.
Therefore, for manuscripts requiring ethics committee approval, four separate files must be uploaded at the initial submission stage:
(full-text manuscript, title page form, copyright transfer form, and a document showing ethics committee approval).
Since ethics committee approval must be obtained from the relevant institutions prior to the commencement of the research, no standard form regarding this is provided by our journal.
- All manuscripts must be submitted to the editor in accordance with the rules specified in the APA 7 Publication Manual (information regarding APA 7 is provided below).
