The International Journal of Management Academy is a peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary journal that publishes original theoretical and applied studies in the field of management. The journal aims to publish research with the potential to contribute to and influence the broader management literature. Its mission is to encourage and strengthen the scientific capacity of management studies through in-depth and integrative research.

Founded in 2018, the journal operates under the guiding principle of “manage with knowledge, develop with science.” Within this framework, it offers authors and stakeholders the opportunity to have their work indexed in nearly thirty national and international databases. The journal also provides DOI services and unrestricted open access for all published articles.

Between 2018 and 2022, the journal was published in three issues per year. From 2023 to 2025, it was published quarterly. As of 2026, the International Journal of Management Academy continues its publishing activities under a continuous publication model. The journal applies a double-blind peer review process, with an average evaluation period of approximately 1-3 months. While administrative, legal, and ethical responsibilities rest with the author(s), all submissions undergo a preliminary screening using plagiarism and similarity detection tools. The journal places particular emphasis on scientific rigor, academic focus, currency, international visibility, and accessibility.
