International Journal of Management Academy is an online journal which publishes on the "DergiPark" system. The journal is published four times a year in March, June, September and December.

It is necessary to subscribe to the “DergiPark” system in order to send articles to the journal. All authors are required to obtain the ORCID number in order to upload articles to the system. You can regirster ORCID membership in https://orcid.org/register link.

The articles to be submitted to the journal must comply with the journal writing rules. You can reach the journal writing rules at https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/mana/writing-rules link. You can upload your article, which you prepared in accordance with journal writing rules, from the article submission session.

International Journal of Management Academy is implementing the “double blind peer review” system. This means that the reviewers of the paper won't get to know the identity of the author(s), and the author(s) won't get to know the identity of the reviewer. In the evaluation system, the journal is given a period of one month for two different reviewers (reviewers and authors do not know each other's names) for article evaluation. In case the reviewers do not upload the evaluation to the journal system within one month, the article is sent to a third trial. If the two reviewers submit a positive opinion, the referee process is completed.

In case the editorial proposal is proposed in the refereeing process, the corrections stated are reported to the authors. Authors are given two months to make corrections. If the authors do not correct within the specified time, the article is rejected. Plagiarism checks are finally made on the articles that have been corrected.

Articles that have more than 25% similarity on the basis of the plagiarism process made through the Turnitin program is rejected. Articles that successfully pass the similarity check are published in the first issue. The "acceptance date" is taken as the basis for counting the articles. Therefore, if there is no space left in the first issue, it is published in the following issues in the order of acceptance date. The withdrawal of accepted articles from the journal is subject to the written permission of the journal. If an document has been sent stating that the articles have been accepted for publication in the journal, the article cannot be withdrawn in any way.

No fees are charged to the publishers for submission and publication of the works.

International Journal of Management Academy is an “open access” journal and provides immediate open access to its contents. The Journal aims to promote the development of global Open Access to scientific information and research. The Publisher provides copyrights of all online published papers (except where otherwise noted) for free use of readers, scientists, and institutions (such as link to the content or permission for its download, distribution, printing, copying, and reproduction in any medium, except change of contents and for commercial use), under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC-ND) License, provided the original work is cited.
