Quality Phenomenon in Educational Institutions and Quality Assurance Systems

Abstract

Quality is associated with the concepts that are effectiveness, productivity,

performance, efficiency and accreditation. Thus, quality issue is based on the

development of different models to access to best school. But, as a system, the function of

concept for education of good quality differs. This differentiation is due to different

characteristics of education than organizations that produce goods. In this perspective,

school of good quality is examined in terms of quality concept.

Eğitim Kurumlarında Kalite Olgusu ve Kalite Güvence Sistemleri

Abstract

Kalite, etkililik, verimlilik, performans, yeterlilik ve yeterliliğe duyulan güven (=akreditasyon) kavramlarıyla iç içedir. Böylece nitelik sorunu daha kaliteli/iyi okula ulaşmada çeşitli modellerinin gelişimine temel oluşturur. Fakat sistem olarak kaliteli/iyi eğitim için sözü geçen kavramların işlevleri farklılaşmaktadır. Bu farklılaşma okulun/eğitimin mal üreten örgütlerden farklı özelliklere sahip olmasından kaynaklanır. Bu çerçevede aşağıdaki çalışmada iyi okul, kalite olgusu bakımından incelenmektedir.
