Quality Phenomenon in Educational Institutions and Quality Assurance Systems
Abstract
Quality is associated with the concepts that are effectiveness, productivity,
performance, efficiency and accreditation. Thus, quality issue is based on the
development of different models to access to best school. But, as a system, the function of
concept for education of good quality differs. This differentiation is due to different
characteristics of education than organizations that produce goods. In this perspective,
school of good quality is examined in terms of quality concept.
