The purpose of Mathematical Sciences and Applications and E-Notes (MSAEN) is the advancement of mathematics. Editors and referees evaluate submitted papers strictly on the basis of scientific merit, without regard to authors' nationality, country of residence, institutional affiliation, gender, and political views.

Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN) is an international biannually journal devoted to publishing peer-reviewed, high quality, research articles in all major fields of mathematics. The journal publishes original research. To be published in this journal, an original paper must be correct, new, nontrivial and of interest to a substantial number of readers.

Mathematical Sciences and Applications and E-Notes (MSAEN) accepts research papers in all areas of Mathematics, Statistics and its numerous applications.

Preparation of Manuscripts

Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN) is a fully-refereed electronic journal. Journal is devoted to the high quality publication of current research developments in the fields of mathematics since 2013.

Manuscript Submission

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out.

The publisher  will  not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

Permissions

Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Online Submission

Please follow the hyperlink “Submit a Manuscript ” on the right and upload all of your manuscript files following the instructions given on the screen.

Copyright

By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their article is transferred to the publisher, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication.

No Charge

There is no publication fee and  no charge for submitting or processing a manuscript to MSAEN. Also there is no charge for downloading papers from MSAEN web site.

Formatting Requirements

All manuscripts should contain the essential elements needed to convey your manuscript, for example Abstract, Keywords, Classification Codes, Introduction, Results, Conclusions and References.

Article structure

You are recommended to use the template of the Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN) available from template, when preparing your manuscript; this will ensure that your article satisfies the journal’s style requirements.

Figures

Please ensure that the figures included in the single file are placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript. Figures need to be in EPS or PDF format and uploaded when submitting the article.

Figure captions

Ensure that each illustration (figure) has a caption. A caption should comprise a brief title (not on the figure itself) and a description of the illustration.

Essential title page information:

• Title. Concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems;

• Author names and affiliations Provide the full postal address of each author’s affiliation, including the country name and, if available, the e-mail address of each author;

• Corresponding author. Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing, publication, and post-publication. Contact details must be kept up to date by the corresponding author.

ORCID ID of all authors must be written.

Abstract

A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone.

Keywords

Provide a maximum of 6 keywords. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.

Classification Codes

Please provide classification codes as per the standard AMS codes (2020 Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC2020)). A full list and information for these can be found at
https://mathscinet.ams.org/msnhtml/msc2020.pdf.

Acknowledgements

Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references and do not, therefore, include them on the title page, as a footnote to the title or otherwise. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., providing language help, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.). This section should not be numbered.

Tables

Please submit tables as editable text and not as images. Tables can be placed either next to the relevant text in the article, or on separate page(s) at the end. Number tables conse
cutively in accordance with their appearance in the text and place any table notes below the table body. Please ensure that each table has a  caption.

References

General Considerations Regarding References

The author is responsible for the accuracy of the references. All listed references must be cited in the text.

Articles which have been accepted for publication should be listed with the expected year of publication (if known) and name of the journal. In place of volume and page numbers, add (in press) at the end.

Reference Style and Format

The list of references at the end is arranged in numerical order. Include the DOI number if one exists. Citations in the text should be identified by appropriate numbers in square brackets, and consecutive references should be concatenated (e.g. [7, 12-15]). The names of all authors should be listed. References by the same author or group of authors should be listed in chronological order.

References should be styled as follows, with correct punctuation:

Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN) aims at publishing original research material, which has neither been submitted elsewhere for publication, nor has been published anywhere. If the proper ethics are not followed by the authors, sanctions will be imposed on them. Following are the cases, which if true, will incur sanctions

Plagiarism: If the manuscripts are found to have been plagiarized from other articles, whether published or unpublished.

Duplicate / Multiple Submission(s): Manuscripts that are either found to have been submitted elsewhere or published elsewhere. If authors have used their own work, either previously submitted or published, as the basis for a submitted manuscript, they are required to cite the previous work. They also need to indicate how novel contributions are offered in their submitted manuscript, over and above those of the previous work.

Citation Manipulation: Manuscripts that are found to include citations, whose only purpose is to increase the number of citations to a certain author’s work, or to articles published in some particular journal. If the manuscript is a continuation of author’s earlier published or unpublished work, then relevant references should certainly be cited.

Data Fabrication and Falsification: Fabrication and/or falsified experimental results, including the manipulation of images.

Improper Author Contribution or Attribution:

· Noteworthy scientific contribution must have been made, by all listed authors, to the research in the manuscript.

· Anyone, who made a noteworthy scientific contribution, including students and laboratory technicians, should be listed.

Redundant Publications: Redundant publications involve the inappropriately dividing the outcomes of a study, into several articles.

Sanctions: If violations are found, of any of the above mentioned policies , one or more of the following sanctions will be applied.

· Immediate rejection of the infringing manuscript

· Immediate rejection of every other manuscript submitted to Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN) by any of the authors of the infringing manuscript

· Prohibition against all of the authors for any new submissions in Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN), either individually or in combination with other authors of the infringing manuscript, as well as in combination with any other authors. This prohibition will be imposed for a minimum of 36 months

· Prohibition against all of the authors from serving on the Editorial Board of Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN).

The above sanctions are applicable even if the violations occurred in a journal published by Mathematical Sciences and Applications E-Notes (MSAEN).

In situations where the infringement of the above policies are observed to be especially severe, the journal reserves the right to impose further penalties, over and above those mentioned above.

No submission or processing fees are required.
