Gülten Çetintaş received the B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Firat University, Elazığ,
Turkey, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. She continues her PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Inonu University,
Malatya, Turkey. She is currently working as a research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
at Mus Alparslan University, Mus, Turkey. Her primary research interest lies in the area of systems and control.

Güneş Mutlu Avinç graduated from the Department of Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University. M.Arch. studies were completed at Karadeniz Technical University, followed by a Ph.D. in Architecture at Gazi University. Research interests include biomimetic architecture, biophilic design, sustainable and ecological design approaches, AI-supported architectural design, adaptive building systems, and digital design technologies. Academic studies particularly focus on nature-inspired design strategies, algae façade systems, environmental performance, and innovative approaches in architectural education. Between 2011 and 2016, academic duties were carried out at Muş Alparslan University and Karadeniz Technical University. Since 2026, academic studies have been continuing at the Department of Architecture, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

Dr. Chandio is a Professor; a consultant and an HEC-approved PhD Supervisor in Pakistan. Having a wealth of experience as an academician, consultant, failure analyst, and researcher; his expertise lies in Engineering Materials, reverse engineering, failure analysis, etc. Moreover, he is working with the government of Pakistan on Export/Import Requirements of Materials, feasibility reports & assessments. In addition, Prof. Dr. Chandio heads a group titled “Advanced Materials & Sustainable Environments at NED University of Engineering & Technology & dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and problem-based solutions. On his credit, there are over 120 research articles and currently supervising numerous PhD and Masters students at NED University. Also, he is an editor and board member of various journals in addition to being a reviewer to over a dozen journals. Dr. Chandio has applied for patents and is writing up a book on Advanced Materials.
Dr. Jreissat is a leading expert in Industrial Engineering with over 20 years of experience in both academia and industry. His expertise includes improving system efficiency and performance through supply chain systems, lean operations, maintenance engineering, and sustainable production systems. He has successfully led numerous national and international research initiatives and has an extensive publication record in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals. Dr. Jreissat serves on editorial boards and as a reviewer for esteemed international academic outlets. Known for translating advanced research into practical solutions, he contributes to improving productivity, resilience, and innovation across manufacturing and service sectors. His work demonstrates a strong dedication to excellence in research, teaching, and professional service.

Ahmed MOHAMMED received the B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from Technical College Kirkuk, Iraq, in 2003, and the M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Cankaya University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2015, and received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from National School of Electronics and Telecommunications of Sfax, University of Sfax, Tunis, in 2025. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering at the University of Kirkuk, Iraq. His research interests include Machine Learning Algorithms, Intrusion Detection System, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Information Security, Data and Information Privacy, Data Mining, and Deep Learning.
Semra Arslan Selçuk graduated from the Department of Architecture, SU, Konya. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Architecture, METU, Ankara. Her research interests involve computational design and manufacturing technologies in architecture and architectural education, biomimesis in architecture, form-finding processes in architecture, and sustainable design approaches using biomimetic approaches. She experienced many computational modeling techniques with Prof. Chris Williams, Bath University, England in 2005 and completed her post-doctoral research on BIM in collaboration with Dr. Wei Yan at Texas A&M University, USA, as a visiting scholar in 2011. She assisted in several courses at METU, 2004-2009. She has been on duty in the Department of Architecture, Gazi University as a full-time academic staff since 2014. Her recent publications are on biomimesis in architecture, performative architecture, digital design technologies and CAD/CAM processes, collaborative design knowledge, modeling, information and communication technologies in design education, and cognitive processes in design education and practice.
Buket Karatop, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Endüstri Mühendisliğinden 1986 yılında mezun olduktan sonra, Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Endüstri Mühendisliğinden Yüksek lisans, Sakarya Üniversitesi Endüstri Mühendisliğinden stratejik planlamada yapay zekâ konulu teziyle Doktora derecesinden mezun olmuştur.
Alarko ve Şişecam şirketlerinin çeşitli kademelerinde yönetici olarak ve Erciyes Üniversitesi, Atatürk Üniversitesi, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Endüstri Mühendisliği bölümünde akademisyen olarak görev yapmıştır. Mühendislik eğitimi akreditasyonu (MÜDEK) koordinatörü, Stratejik Planlama ve Kalite Geliştirme koordinatörü olarak anılan Üniversitelerde görev almıştır. İstanbul Üniversitesi Açık ve Uzaktan Eğitim Fakültesinin kurulmasında görev almış, Fakültenin kurumsallaşma sürecini yöneterek, uzaktan eğitim fakültesine ISO:9001:2008 belgesi almıştır. Uzaktan eğitimde EFQM (Avrupa Kalite Mükemmellik Modeli) değerlendirmesinden geçerek ödül almıştır. TC Sağlık Bakanlığı Kamu Hastaneleri Kurumunda “kurumsallaşma” danışmanlığı ve Sağlık hizmetleri genel müdürlüğünde “uzaktan sağlık eğitim sisteminin ISO 9001 ve EFQM şartlarında süreç tasarımı ve kurumsallaşma” danışmanlığı yapmıştır. Yönetim ve Strateji bilim alanında 2022 yılında Doçent unvanını almıştır. Halen İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa’da öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmakta olup aynı zamanda Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü, Savunma teknolojileri ABD da yeni nesil stratejik yönetim, bulanık ÇKKV gibi dersler vermektedir. Yapay zekâ, stratejik yönetim, kalite yönetimi, çok kriterli karar verme, uzaktan eğitim ve ahilik konularında akademik çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
Taha ETEM received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Firat University, Elazig, Turkey, in 2013, and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Inonu University, Malatya, Turkey, in 2017, and received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from Firat University, Elazig, Turkey, in 2022. He was with Cankiri Karatekin University, Cankiri, Turkey, as a Faculty Member. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department. His research interests include encryption systems, random number generators, smart systems and radio-frequency systems.
