The Journal of Vocational and Social Sciences aims to advance scholarly knowledge and evidence-informed practice by publishing high-quality theoretical and applied research at the intersection of vocational studies and the social sciences. The journal prioritises interdisciplinary dialogue, methodological rigour, and adherence to research ethics, while seeking to build bridges between academia, the public sector, and industry. It welcomes original research articles, review papers, field studies, case/practice reports, and policy briefs, and encourages problem-oriented, comparative, and innovative contributions addressing contemporary issues at national and international levels.
The Journal of Vocational and Social Sciences is committed to contributing to the scholarly dynamism of vocational schools, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and providing a scholarly platform for the dissemination of academic knowledge and skills. The journal publishes original research articles in Turkish and English. The Journal of Vocational and Social Sciences is an international, peer-reviewed journal. Since 2018, it has been published twice a year—in Summer (July) and Winter (December). Authors are solely and legally responsible for the opinions and views expressed in the published articles.
