Statistical analyses included Student's T test for independent sample size in bivariate group analyses was used. One-Way ANOVA test was used for group analyzes with more than 2 variables, and Post-Hoc Tukey HSD test and Pearson Correlation analysis were used to see which groups were different from each other. Results: Significant differences were observed in total score of the financial management behavior scale among community pharmacists based on variables such as monthly average income level and demand for training. Significant differences were also found between sub-dimensions of the financial management behavior scale: credit management with marital status, savings-investment management with income level, and insurance management with income level and education demand. A significant difference was identified between the average score of the financial literacy attitude and behavior scale and the demand for finance education. Pearson Correlation analysis revealed a moderate negative relationship between financial literacy and financial management. Conclusion: The detection of a negative relationship between financial literacy and financial management total and sub-dimensions in community pharmacists in the study suggests that financial literacy alone is not effective and sufficient on financial management.
