Teknoloji Rekabetinde Huawei Bir Tehdit Mi?

Abstract

Ticaret savaşı gündeminin yanında teknoloji rekabeti konusunda da Çin ABD’nin hedefi konumunda. Hatta ABD ile Çin arasındaki mücadele teknolojik soğuk savaş şeklinde yorumlanıyor. Bu çalışma Huawei'nin ABD için bir tehdit olup olmadığını inceliyor. ABD yönetimi Çin ürünlerinin Amerikan ürünlerinden daha çok tercih edilmesinden dolayı rahatsız. ABD’yi rahatsız eden noktalardan biri de Amerikalı şirketlerin fikri mülkiyetlerinin Çin tarafından çalındığı iddiası. ABD Huawei’yi ulusal güvenliği için tehdit olarak kabul ediyor. ABD başta Avrupalı müttefikleri olmak üzere ülkeleri Çinli Huawei ile çalışmaması konusunda uyarıyor. Buna karşın Avrupalı ülkeler ise ABD’nin tüm baskılara rağmen Huawei teknolojisi ile çalışmaktan vazgeçmiyor.
