THE EVALUATION OF SEMINAR PROGRAMME PREPARED AND APPLIED WITH THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE ADEQUACY OF PRINCIPALS’ CLASSROOM SUPERVISING
Abstract
This study has been carried out in order to evaluate the seminar programme
that is prepared and applied to increase the primary education school
managers’ classroom supervising adequacy. Study has been considered as
important in terms of programme development in education and as management
disciplines’ mutual study and theory-application integration. The study is
a kind of activity research. To measure the efficiency of seminar, pre-test – posttest
at knowledge level; and also after the seminar, a satisfaction questionnaire
aimed at attendants has been used. After the prepared seminar programme, the
programme to achieve its goal to a great extent has been observed. It is thought
that spreading similar studies will contribute application.
