Araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul öğrencilerine yönelik sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının matematik okuryazarlığı problemi kurma becerilerinin ve kurdukları matematik okuryazarlığı problemine yönelik bir matematik etkinliği geliştirmesine ilişkin yansıtıcı görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu, 61 sınıf öğretmeni adayından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler öğretmen adaylarının kurdukları matematik okuryazarlığı problemlerinden ve yansıtıcı görüş belirleme formlarından toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının çoğunlukla çokluk, kişisel bağlam ve durumları matematiksel olarak formülleştirme bileşenlerine yönelik matematik okuryazarlığı problemi kurdukları belirlenmiştir. Sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının matematik okuryazarlığına yönelik matematik etkinliği geliştirmesine ilişkin yansıtıcı görüşleri; etkinlik öncesi yansımalar, etkinlik süreci ve etkinlik sonrası yansımalar (öz-değerlendirme) olmak üzere üç tema altında ele alınmıştır.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the pre-service elementary school teachers' ability to form a mathematical literacy problem for elementary school students and their reflective views on the development of a mathematical activity for the mathematics literacy problem they established. Case study model, one of the qualitative research patterns, was used in the research. The study group of the study consists of pre-service elementary school teachers. The data collection tools of the research are mathematics literacy problems and reflective opinion determination form established by pre-service teachers. According to the findings, it was determined that pre-service elementary school teachers mostly established mathematics literacy problem related to quantity, personal context and formulating components. The reflective views of the pre-service elementary school teachers' about the development of mathematics activity for mathematics literacy were discussed under three themes as pre-activity reflections, activity process and post-activity reflections.
