Manuscripts submitted to the journal are first reviewed by the editor for compliance with the journal's publication policies. Papers that pass this initial screening are assessed by the associate editor against technical criteria, including template conformity, APA 7 citation style, and word limit. Those that meet the technical requirements are forwarded to the field editor for a preliminary evaluation of scope, content, methodology, and overall quality. Manuscripts that clear this stage are sent to two independent referees under a double-blind peer review process. If both referees provide a positive assessment, the manuscript proceeds to acceptance; if both recommend rejection, the manuscript is declined; and if the referees reach different decisions, a third referee is consulted. Manuscripts requiring revision are returned to the author, and the revised text is submitted to the field editor for a final decision. Accepted manuscripts are then processed by the language editor and layout editor before being prepared for publication.
