Articles should be prepared in "Microsoft Word." The main text should be in Times New Roman 12 points, normal style, while footnotes should be in Times New Roman 10 points, normal style, and submitted to the editor via DERGİPARK.
The main text should be written using the Normal style (Style Name: Normal), in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with justified alignment. Line spacing should be 1.15, with 10 pt spacing after paragraphs. The first line of each paragraph should be indented by 1.25 cm. Footnotes should be prepared in Times New Roman, 10-point font, using the Footnote Text style (Style Name: Footnote Text). When citing sources, the footnote citation method should be used, and references should be cited in footnotes in accordance with the examples provided in the references section below.As a rule, the manuscript should contain at least 3,000 words, including the references. Page numbering must be included.
FIRST PAGE OF THE ARTICLE
On the first page of the article:
First, the title of the article in the language it is written in, with only the first letters capitalized, bold and 14 point (with the first letter of each word capitalized),

“ABSTRACT/ZUSAMMENFASUUNG/RESUME” in 12 point bold
The abstract should be between 125 and 300 words. Formatting: Times New Roman, 11 point, justified, no indentation, single line spacing, 5nk before and after special spacing.
· At least 3 and at most 5 keywords should be written. Only the first letter of each keyword should be capitalized, and a period (“.”) should be placed after the last keyword.
One line space
The title of the article in the foreign language should be in bold and 14 point font (with the first letter of each word capitalized. Prepositions, conjunctions, and words such as “a,” “an,” and “the” should be lowercase, in accordance with English grammar rules.)· One blank line
In 12-point bold font, the word meaning “summary” in the second language: ÖZET/ZUSAMMENFASSUNG/RÉSUMÉ

EXTENDED SUMMARY (ALL CAPS 12 POINT; CENTERED; STYLE NAME: EXTENDED SUMMARY) (An English extended abstract is required for articles written in English, Turkish, German, or French. Short abstracts are sufficient for works written in English. ) The English extended abstract should be between 600-1000 words. The main text should be written in Abstract style (Style Name: Abstract); Times New Roman-11 point, justified. Line spacing should be 1.15, with 10 pt space after paragraphs. The first line of each paragraph should be indented 1.25 cm.

Then, the INTRODUCTION section should begin without a page break. The INTRODUCTION and CONCLUSION headings should not be numbered.
PARAGRAPH STRUCTURE
All headings except the main title of the article should be in 12-point bold font. Sectioning should be done as I/A/1/a/i. First-level headings starting with Roman numerals should be written in all capital letters; only the first letter of words in second and subsequent level headings should be capitalized. An example text for this is as follows:
The headings INTRODUCTION, CONCLUSION, and REFERENCES should be written in all capital letters
All headings other than the main title of the article should be written in 12-point font and in bold. Section numbering should follow the format I/A/1/a/i. First-level headings beginning with Roman numerals should be written entirely in capital letters; in second- and subsequent-level headings, only the initial letters of the words should be capitalized. An example text is provided below:
CONCLUSION (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, 12-POINT FONT; STYLE NAME: MAIN HEADING) The CONCLUSION section should be written immediately after the text without leaving a blank line.
REFERENCES (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, 12-POINT FONT; STYLE NAME: MAIN HEADING) The REFERENCES section should be written immediately after the conclusion without leaving a blank line. References should be prepared in alphabetical order, with a 1.25 cm hanging indent, 1.15 line spacing, and 12-point font, using the References style (Style Name: References)..

The sources consulted should be listed in the references section as follows (for sources not exemplified here, the Modern Language Association (MLA) citation system may be used. Single-author books:

Multiple-author books:

For works with more than three authors, the surname and name of the first author should be indicated, followed by the abbreviation “et al.”

Translated books:
Surname, Name. Title of the Work (in italics). Translated by Name Surname, Edition, Publisher, Place of Publication, Year of Publication.

For commentaries, the citation method used for book chapters shall be applied.
Edited books:

Sources such as websites, reports, and dictionaries should be prepared in a manner similar to the examples above. For such sources, the author should be indicated if available; otherwise, the name of the institution may be provided. For daily newspapers, the month and day should also be included when indicating the date.

IN FOOTNOTE CITATIONS:
Citations to the sources consulted should be provided as footnotes at the end of each page. In the first citation, all bibliographic information included in the references section—except for page ranges—should be provided. The page number or page numbers cited should be indicated at the end of the citation.

For subsequent citations of the same work:
For books: Surname, page number.
For articles: Surname, page number.

If more than one work by the same author has been consulted, the title of the work should be abbreviated in a way that clearly distinguishes it from the author’s other works.
Example:
Gözler, Anayasa Hukukunun…, p. 76.
IMPORTANT: The abbreviations used for volume and issue numbers should correspond to the language in which the work is written (e.g., “vol.” and “no.” for English-language Works, ).
