All listed authors are expected to meet the authorship criteria recommended by the ICMJE (www.icmje.org). The ICMJE recommends that authors meet the following four criteria:

 a. All authors must have been individually involved in the study (having made a significant contribution to the content/design of the study; or to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data for the study) and assume full responsibility for the study; 

b. Must have drafted the manuscript or conducted critical reviews of significant intellectual content; 

c. All authors must have seen and reviewed the final version of the submitted manuscript and approved it; 

d. Must agree to be responsible for all aspects of the study to ensure that any questions regarding the validity and accuracy of any part of the study have been properly investigated and resolved.
