TOPLUMSAL KÜLTÜRÜN ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜ ARACILIĞI İLE ÖRGÜTSEL DEĞİŞİM TUTUMLARI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırma Burdur ili merkezinde çeşitli kamu kurumlarında çalışan memur
kadrosundaki çalışanların algılarına dayanılarak, toplumsal kültürün örgütsel
değişim tutumuna etkisinde örgüt kültürünün aracılık rolünü açıklamaya
yöneliktir. Ölçekler çeşitli kamu çalışanı memurlara tesadüfi olarak
uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın yönteminde kullanılan istatistiksel yaklaşım yapısal
eşitlik modellemesidir (YEM). Araştırmanın modeli yapısal eşitlik modeli ile
analize tabi tutulmuş ve sonucunda toplumsal kültürün anlamlı bir şekilde
örgütsel değişim tutumuna ve örgüt kültürüne etki ettiği aynı zamanda da
toplumsal kültürün örgütsel değişime etkisinde örgüt kültürünün aracılık etkisine
sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

THE EFFECT OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP PERCEPTIONS OF EMPLOYEES IN HIGHER EDUCATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS

Abstract

This research aims to explain the mediating role of organizational culture in the
effect of social culture on organizational change attitude based on the perceptions
of employees in civil servants working in various public institutions in Burdur
province. The scales were applied randomly to various public servants. The
statistical approach used in the method of the research is structural equation
modeling (SEM). The model of the research was analyzed with the structural
equation model and as a result, it was concluded that social culture had a
significant effect on organizational change attitude and organizational culture, and
it also concluded that organizational culture had an mediating effect on the impact
of social culture on organizational change.
