He works as an English teacher at Sakarya Mithatpaşa Anatolian High School. He received his PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision in 2019. His doctoral dissertation focused on teachers’ change fatigue, demoralization, and job performance. He has published numerous articles in national and international journals. He has developed several scales and adapted others into Turkish. He has presented papers at many conferences and has served as the editor of an international English-language book. His research interests include sustainable leadership, instructional leadership, organizational behavior, school and teacher resilience, and educational change. He serves as a language editor for an international journal and is a member of the national editorial board. In recent years, he has also been working as a member of the organizing committee of an international conference held in different countries.
