Publisher: Mesut Doğan Prof. Dr. Mesut Doğan is a faculty member at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, Bozüyük Vocational School, Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in business administration and finance, focusing his academic career on financial markets, energy economics, and sustainable development. Prof. Doğan’s research interests include financial development, energy efficiency, renewable energy investments, carbon emissions, artificial intelligence applications, and sustainability policies. He has published numerous papers in internationally indexed journals (SCI/SSCI, Scopus). He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of BES JOURNAL – International Journal of Business and Economic Studies, where he leads efforts to enhance the journal’s international visibility, strengthen its ethical publishing standards, and advance its inclusion in major academic indexes such as Web of Science and Scopus. Through his research and editorial work, Prof. Doğan aims to contribute to both national and international scholarship in financial sustainability, digital economy, and environmental performance.
