| Description |
The Oktay Güvemli Foundation for Accounting and Finance History (MUFTAV) aims to support scholarly research in the history of accounting, finance, business, and economics; to foster academic knowledge production in these fields; and to enhance the national and international visibility of studies focusing on the economic and institutional history of the Middle East. In line with this mission, the Foundation publishes the Journal of Accounting and Finance History Research twice a year, providing an academic platform for original scholarly works that examine the historical development of accounting, finance, business, and economic practices across different periods and regions from an interdisciplinary and comparative perspective.
