Copyright Agreement

By submitting their manuscripts to the Journal of Values in Health Sciences, authors declare that they have read and accepted the Copyright Agreement outlined below. During the submission process, authors are required to complete and upload the Copyright Agreement form to the online submission system.

The author(s) declare and undertake that:

  • The submitted manuscript is the original work of the author(s) and does not contain any form of plagiarism,
  • All authors have individually contributed to the study and accept full responsibility for its content,
  • All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted manuscript,
  • The manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration for publication by any other journal,
  • The text, figures, and documents included in the manuscript do not violate the copyrights of any third parties.

By submitting their work to the journal under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, the author(s) are deemed to have accepted the following terms:

  1. The copyrights of the published article remain with the author(s).
  2. The author(s) authorize this journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
  3. The author(s) grant any third party the right to freely use the article, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and source.
  4. Nothing in this license restricts or limits the author’s right to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.
