Abstract

The term "design system" is used to describe standards that have been developed to faciliate the creation of a sustainable user experience and a consistent visual style across a range of digital products. In the contemporary era many public and private sector organizations are engaged in developing design systems for their digital services. This study examines the definition, content, importance, and use of design systems in the digital services of governments, within the context of global examples. Furthermore, the study analyses the current state of visual consistency in our country's digital services compared to global examples and provides recommendations for potential future requirements. The study employs a qualitative research method based on a descriptive model. To establish the conceptual framework and identify the research problem within the scope of the study, a document review was conducted, encompassing books, journals, e-journals, theses, articles, and internet articles.

DEVLETLERİN DİJİTAL HİZMETLERİNDE TASARIM SİSTEMLERİNİN ÖNEMİ, GLOBAL ÖRNEKLER VE TÜRKİYE'NİN İHTİYAÇLARI

Abstract

Tasarım sistemleri dijital ürünlerde sürdürülebilir bir kullanıcı deneyimi ve tutarlı bir görsel tarzın oluşturulması için geliştirilen standartları ifade etmektedir. Günümüzde pek çok kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşu dijital hizmetleri için tasarım sistemleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, tasarım sistemlerinin tanımını, içeriğini, önemini ve devletlerin dijital hizmetlerinde kullanımını seçilen global örnekler üzerinden incelemektedir. Çalışma ayrıca global örnekler bağlamında ülkemiz dijital hizmetlerinin mevcut durumunu görsel tutarlılık açısından incelemekte ve oluşabilecek potansiyel ihtiyaçları için öneriler sunmaktadır. Çalışma betimsel bir modele dayalı nitel bir araştırma metoduna sahiptir. Araştırmada kapsamında kavramsal çerçeveyi oluşturmak ve araştırma problemini belirleyebilmek adına kitap, dergi, e-dergi, tez, makale ve internet makalelerini kapsayan doküman incelemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
