General Guidelines
- Originality: Manuscripts submitted must not have been published elsewhere or submitted for publication in another journal.
- ORCID Requirement: Manuscripts from authors who do not have an ORCID number are not accepted.
- Plagiarism Screening and Similarity Rate: Manuscripts submitted to the journal are scanned using a plagiarism detection program, and articles with a similarity rate above 20% are rejected without entering the evaluation stage.
Ethics Committee Approval: If an ethics committee approval document is required for research articles, the corresponding author must upload the ethics committee approval document to the system. The committee's name, date, and approval number should be included at the bottom of the article's first page.
Preparation of the Article
Format-Free Submission: You can initially submit your manuscript without strict formatting. If your work proceeds to the peer-review stage or is accepted after the evaluation process, you can then make your final submission by following our Article Template.
- Article Template: it is essential to ensure that all the information requested in the 📝 Article Template.docx is provided and the following guidelines are observed.
- Anonymization: Word files should be uploaded in two versions: one with author information and one strictly without author information (blinded).
- Figures and Images: If your manuscript includes figures, please upload them separately in high resolution (at least 300 dpi). You can upload them in PDF or PNG format (Low-resolution screenshots are not included in the article).
- Abstract: The article's abstract should be between 140 and 155 words (it may be revised at the final typesetting stage after reviewer comments).
- Headings: Headings within the article should be numbered hierarchically (e.g., 1. INTRODUCTION, 2. RESULTS, 2.1. Subheading only first letter capital, 2.1.1. Sub-subheading).
References: References must strictly follow APA 7 style. There must be one blank paragraph between each reference. If you are using reference management software like Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, please also upload the
.bib(BibTeX) file.
Revisions and Peer Review Process
- Highlighting Changes: Following the peer-review evaluation, any corrections or modifications made to the revised manuscript must be highlighted in red.
- Point-by-Point Response: Authors are required to submit a separate response letter. This document must include a detailed, point-by-point response addressing each specific comment and suggestion provided by both the reviewers and the editor. A separate response section should be created for each reviewer.
