About

Süleyman Demirel Law Review (SDLR) has been published by Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Law since 2011. The Review, which has the status of "Double-blind Peer Reviewed Journal" indexed by ULAKBİM since 2017, is an open-access journal published bi-annually in June and December. Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number will be assigned for each article accepted for publication. The publication language of the Review is Turkish, English, and German. Special issues might be published in print. SDLR includes academic studies such as articles, reviews of judgment, translations and book reviews prepared by academicians, researchers and practitioners in law and other related fields.

In order to ensure that SDLR is scanned in international indexes in the field of social sciences, to provide a universal contribution to the legal doctrine, to increase the impact and visibility of the SDLR; academic studies in English or German languages are accepted for publication as well as Turkish.

The academic level of all articles should comply with the highest scientific standards and contribute to the legal doctrine.

Articles submitted to the SDLR should not be published elsewhere or be submitted to other journals simultaneously.

The article submission process is provided through the DergiPark system; that is always open for article acceptance. Publication processes can be observed transparently by the authors through the DergiPark system. When entering the information about the article through the DergiPark system, the contact information of the author or authors (titles, institutions, institutional e-mail addresses, ORCID numbers) should be included. Studies not submitted through the DergiPark system will not be taken into consideration. In SDLR no fees are charged for the author at any stage (submission, evaluation, and publication of articles) for publication procedures.
