Öz

Bilgi yönetimi sürecinde liderlik, grup amaçlarını veya organizasyonel hedefleri başarmak için gereksinim duyulan öğrenme süreçlerinde, diğer grup üyelerinin desteklendiği bir süreç olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu süreç içerisinde liderin öncelikli görevi, organizasyonun bilgi varlıklarını harekete geçirerek bilgiden yarar sağlayabilmektir. Bu çalışmada, bilgi yönetiminde liderliğin rolü ve önemi ortaya konulmakta, bilgi yönetiminin başarısı için, liderlerin kullanabilecekleri araçlar, yöntemler ve davranışların neler olduğu açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır
