Abstract

Üretim Kaynakları Planlama (ÜKP) sisteminin tasarım ve yönetimi,
rekabetin yoğun olduğu pazarlarda bulunan üretim firmaları için giderek
önem kazanmaktadır. Etkin bir ÜKP sistemi, firmaya kendi pazarında sağlam
rekabet avantajları verebilir. Bununla birlikte pazarlar, rekabet baskısı ve
teknoloji hızla değişmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ÜKP sistem performansını
etkileyen yedi önemli parametre incelenerek bu konudaki literatür gözden
geçirilmiştir.
