Azamat Maksüdünov (Ph.D.) is an educator with over a decade of experience in the field of business academia. He is a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Florida Atlantic University for the academic year 2023-2024. Currently, he is a full-time associate professor at Kyrgyz - Turkish Manas University, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Management. Dr. Maksüdünov has authored or co-authored 44 articles, 40 conference papers, 10 book chapters, and 4 books. He received the Best Paper Award at the 26th World Business Congress organized by the International Management Development Association (IMDA) in May 2016, as well as a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan in December 2021.
Prof. Dr. Süreyya Karsu has been working at the BAİBÜ Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration since 2008 and contributes to marketing and business science.
Dr. Aqeela Saghir, Assistant Professor, Institute of Agri. Extension and RD since 2007, PHD in Agri. Extension , Taught more than 20 Under-Grad and Post- Grad during 17 years of service. She took 10 professional training courses both national & international level. More than 110 M.Phil/M.Sc. (Hons.) and one PHD student produced. She has published 30 research paper in Impact factor and HEC recognized journals and 40 popular articles for technology transfer and extension purpose. While one Book chapter and 3 training manuals were also designed. Also completed research projects of worth Nineteen Million from various funding agencies as a PI and Co-PI. Her areas of specialization are gender issues in education, ICTs & Extension and conflict resolution. She remained member of University Senate and Faculty Board also member of “Pakistan Association for Advancement Agricultural Extension Education”: A professional Society.
Completed a PhD in Management in 2015 at the University of Beira Interior (Portugal), following a Master’s degree in Management in 2004 and a Bachelor's degree in Management in 1994, both from the same institution. Currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.
Has authored several academic publications, including articles in peer-reviewed journals, four book chapters, and one book. Supervised Master's dissertations and participated in various research projects as a researcher. The primary areas of expertise lie in Administrative and Management Sciences, with a focus on Economics, Business, and Management. Research interests include family business, entrepreneurship, SMEs, performance, higher education institutions, and entrepreneurship education.
In addition to research activities, acts as a reviewer for international scientific journals and has presented research at national and international conferences. Contributions to national and international publications are also featured in reputable academic journals (ORCID ID: 0000-0002-7357-6321).
Professor Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq is currently working as Professor/Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, the University of Faisalabad-Pakistan. He completed his graduation in 1985 and earned MS degree in Agricultural Economics in 1988. He won the scholarship in 1990-91, from USAID for training in Agricultural Marketing and Sales from Colorado State University, USA. Later on he won scholarship from the World Bank for higher studies in Australia and went to University of New England, Armidale Australia in 1995 and successfully completed his PhD degree. There he carried out his doctoral level research on the key issue of agricultural policy in Pakistan. During his stay in Australia, he also actively participated in various socio-cultural activities. In the year 2006, he also won a prestigious Higher Education Commission funded fellowship and went to University of Laval, Canada for his post doctorate studies. Dr. Ashfaq has rendered services as consultant to various national and international organizations. He is also acting as PhD/MS supervisor for ICDD, Kassel University, Germany. He has also won the TWAS Associateship Award in 2011 and Australian Alumni Excellence Award in 2013 for Innovation and Research. He has supervised 12 PhD students and more than 150 MS/M.Phil/MSc students. He is the author/co-author of 5 books; 14 chapters and more than 100 research papers published in peer reviewed journals. He is also working as editor/section editor of different journals. He has completed 32 research projects as PI/Co-PI which were funded by national and international organisations like USAID, ACIAR, ICARDA, IFPRI, ILRI, AgMIP, JBIC, ADB, JICA, TiKA, UK Met Dept. and Govt of Pakistan.
