The Effect of Organizational Justice Towards Workplace Deviant Behaviour and Job Quit Intention of Hotel Employees

Abstract

In the present study, the effects of organizational justice towards organizational deviance and job quit intention; and, effects of organizational deviance behavior towards job quit intention. Employees in five star hotels in Didim region were selected to fill out questionnaires. Results of regression analysis indicated that only interpersonal justice has an effect on both organizational and interpersonal deviance. Distributive and interpersonal justices also affect job quit intention. It was also found that job quit intention is affected by both organizational and interpersonal deviances.
