All publication rights of the articles accepted for publication at the end of the referee evaluation process belong to TESAM Economic, Political and Strategic Research Centre. No royalties are paid for the published articles.

The author(s) of the work whose applications are accepted for publication in our journal are required to declare that they transfer the right to make editorial corrections in the article to be published to TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal with the copyright agreement they will sign.

In case the article sent for publication in our journal has not been published elsewhere or is not currently in the evaluation process for publication, and in case the articles sent for evaluation are accepted for publication, the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" (Agreement) regarding the acceptance that all publication rights belong to TESAM Economic, Political and Strategic Research Centre indefinitely must be filled in and signed and sent to the journal publication commission.

Articles submitted to TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal and articles published or accepted for publication are also licensed under the Creative Common Licence.

According to this licence, the content of our journal:

You can share it: You may reproduce, disseminate and transmit the content in whole or in part.

However;

With attribution: You must cite our journal wherever you copy, publish or transmit the content in whole or in part.
Provided that the originality is preserved:You cannot change the content. You are obliged to preserve the content as it is on the page you cite.
You are also obliged to maintain this licence in other quotations that may be made by others based on the quotation you have made.
Using the content other than the above conditions is subject to the written permission of TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal. Unless there is written permission, the above terms apply.

This licence does not restrict / weaken the moral rights of the copyright holder.
