Author Copyright (Open Policy Finder)
The Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association does not require authors to transfer their copyrights. Authors retain the copyright to their works published in the Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association, and their works are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The CC BY-NC 4.0 license permits the sharing, copying, and reproduction of the work in any size or format, except for commercial use, and allows for adaptation—including remixing, transforming, and building upon the work—provided that proper attribution is given to the original work.
Authors (or their employers) retain the copyright to the article and, by signing the Copyright Agreement, confirm their acceptance of publication under the CC BY-NC license. All articles published by the Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association (regardless of who funded the research) are published as open access and may be reused in accordance with the terms of the CC BY-NC open access license.

By signing the Copyright Agreement, authors confirm that:
The submitted article is the original work of the author(s) and does not constitute plagiarism;
All authors have individually contributed to this work and assume full responsibility for it;
All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the submitted article;

The text, figures, and documents in the article do not infringe upon the copyrights of other parties,
They grant the Turkish Nurses Association Journal the authority to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
The authors grant any third party the right to freely use the article, provided that the original authors and citation details are properly attributed.
Nothing in this license shall impair or restrict an author’s right to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.

Articles published in the Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association are published as open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. From its very first issue, the Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association has published all academic articles under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. The Journal of the Turkish Nurses Association believes that for open access to function effectively, user rights and copyright ownership must be clearly defined through licensing.
We publish all our articles under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license allows authors and any non-commercial organization to reuse the articles for non-commercial purposes, provided they comply with the CC BY-NC license.
