Etik Liderlik ile İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Arasındaki İlişkide Yapıcı Ses Çıkartma Davranışının Aracı Rolü

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, etik liderlik ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki
ilişkide, çalışanın yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışının
aracı etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk
Cumhuriyeti’nin Girne bölgesinde yer alan beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinin
yiyecek içecek departmanında görev alan 204 çalışandan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın
modelini ve hipotezlerini test etmeden önce, araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin
geçerliliğini ortaya koymak amacıyla, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi
yapılmıştır. Geçerlilik sağlandıktan sonra, hipotezlerin testi için yapısal
eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Tespit edilen sonuçlara göre, etik liderliğin çalışanın
işten ayrılma niyeti ve yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışı üzerinde etkili olduğu
görülmüştür. Bu sonuca göre, araştırmanın örneklemi çerçevesinde çalışanlar,
etik liderliği, hem yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışlarını hem de işten ayrılma
niyetlerini etkileyen bir unsur olarak değerlendirmektedir. Çalışanın yapıcı
ses çıkartma davranışının aracı rolünü belirlemeye yönelik yapılan analiz
neticesinde ise, etik liderlik ile işten ayrılma niyeti ilişkisinde yapıcı ses
çıkartma davranışının tam aracı etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
