NEW TABLET FRAGMENT IN BOGAZKALE ARCHIVE (Bo 7929) AND A GOOD WISH IN HITIT LETTERS:DINGIRMEŠ TI-an harkandu ‘MAY THE GODS KEEP ALIVE’
Abstract
The phrase "the gods keep you alive", a well-wisher phrase used especially in correspondence in the Ancient Near East, is also seen in Hittite texts. It is thought that a similar expression was used in the tablet fragment to be introduced. The tablet is one of the tablets that came from Berlin in 1987. In the study, the words will be emphasized by transliterating the tablet fragment and philological interpretation will be made.

BOĞAZKALE ARŞİVİNDEN BİR TABLET FRAGMANI (Bo 7929) VE HİTİT YAZIŞMALARINDA BİR İYİ DİLEK: DINGIRMEŠ TI-an harkandu ‘TANRILAR HAYATTA TUTSUN’
Abstract
Eski Yakın Doğu’da özellikle yazışmalarda kullanılan bir iyi dilek kalıbı DINGIRMEŠ TI-an harkandu “tanrılar (seni) hayatta tutsun” ifadesi Hitit metinlerinde de görülmektedir. Bu iyi dilek birbirine rütbece denk olan memurlar ya da krallar arasındaki yazışmalarda sıkça kullanılmıştır. Bo 7929 numaralı tanıtılacak tablet fragmanında da de benzer kalıbın geçtiği düşünülmektedir. Bu bakımdan bir mektup fragmanı olması muhtemeldir. Tablet Ankara Anadolu Medeniyetleri Müzesinde olup 1987 yılında Berlin’den gelen tabletlerdendir. Çalışmada tablet fragmanının transliterasyonu yapılarak tercüme önerisi sunulacak; sözcükler üzerinde durulacak ve filolojik yorum yapılacaktır.
