The demographic characteristics of the participants was presented as descriptive statistics. The independent samples t-test and the one-way ANOVA was used to determine the differences between groups. In addition, Bonferroni Post-Hoc test as one of the multiple comparison tests to determine the source of the difference as a result of the ANOVA and the Pearson correlation analysis were used to determine the relationships between variables. The level of significance was taken as α = .05. As a result of the study, significant differences were found in the dance self-efficacy scores of the School of Physical Education and Sports students in terms of gender, department and grade variables. In addition, in terms of healthy lifestyle behaviors of the participants, a significant difference was found only in the physical activity sub-dimension according to the gender variable and no difference was found in the other sub-dimensions, department and class variables.
