The history of Beyşehir and the environment has been a strategic importance in every period. Both in the Anatolian Seljuk period and ancient time, trade routes pass through this region to arrive in the Mediterranean becauseof its importance. Especially, the presence of Kubadabad palace on the southern shore of the lake of Beyşehir has been an important factor in the trade routes pass through this region.
The aim of this study is introducing and revealing the importance of hans on Konya, Alanya, Antalya routes, which contribute to establish the Eşrefoğlu Beyliği in Seljuk Period.
It also illustrated that Anatolian Seljuk architecture established a good base in a unique architecture manifestation of Eşrefoğlu Beyliği in 14th century.
