Points to Consider:
Authors submitting articles for the special issue are expected to consider the following points regarding the process flow.
1. Articles submitted for the special issue should be uploaded to the system via DergiPark. While uploading the manuscripts to the system, it should be indicated in the “note to the editor” section that the manuscript is submitted for the special issue.
2. This call letter does not imply that all submitted articles will be published. Submitted articles are subject to preliminary review. The referee process is initiated for the articles that pass the preliminary review. At least two positive referee reports are required for the submitted articles to be published. Detailed information about the preliminary review and evaluation processes is explained in the publication principles of ULUSLARARASI ACADEMY JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCES.
3. Before submitting an article, “ULUSLARARASI ACADEMY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL SCIENCES Editorial Guidelines” and “Article Template” on the DergiPark page should be carefully examined. Articles will be rejected at the preliminary review stage if there are any omissions in the uploaded documents and information, or if the article does not comply (partially or completely) with the publication principles and publication policy.
4. The special issue will not include more than one article by one author. If more than one article by an author is accepted, the article to be published in the special issue is determined by the Journal Management, Editorial Board and Editors. In this case, the article that is not published in the special issue will be returned in accordance with the author's request or published in any other issue of the journal.
5. The special issue will be published in 2025. Articles for which the referee evaluation process has not been completed at the time of publication of the special issue will be returned upon the author's request, or if the evaluation process is continued and accepted, they will be published in any issue of the journal.
6. The Journal Management, the Editorial Board and the Editors will decide how many articles will be published in the SPECIAL ISSUE on the subject of “TURKEY CENTURY MAARIFF MODEL 2025”. Articles that are not published in the special issue will be returned upon the request of the authors or published in any other issue of the journal.
